Hi! When we discussed last week we agreed to try and negotiate the weight down a bit from 2.5.
Has such conversations happened? Or do I mix them up?
If this is the best and final, I am supportive. If we are still negotiating, then I suggest we wait for the final weight.

Thank you Eric.
Then I am in favour too.
We countered at 2, TRM was at 3, they countered at 2.5
I'm presenting their counter

Question for the team, if TRM doesn’t supply all 3 apps, does their weighting drop accordingly?

Good question, I’d like to better understand this as well as 2.5 weight all in is a stretch for me.
My read is there is a few deliverables, some easily measurable and some less so:
Given they pushed to negotiate higher due to the multi-faceted effort, I think there is merit to proportional weight drops if they fail to meet their commitment in some capacity.
For the sake of argument maybe something like the below assuming 2.5? Feel free to suggest something else, these numbers are just to start the conversation.
1) 1.0
2) 1.0
3) 0.25 (not sure how to measure this KPI in an objective way)
4) 0.25
Thanks
Chris

- CC integrated with their on-chain AML product within 6 months.
- USDC integrated with their on-chain AML product within 6 months.
- Active regulatory and educational engagement.
- Join as a GM of GSF
