CIP-0043: Add TRM as a SV

Cumberland/DRW votes not in favor of the current version of this CIP. 

We are supportive of the idea of TRM being added as an SV, but think further detail in the SV would be beneficial.   We’d be open to voting yes with the addition of the following clause (or something along these lines) to the CIP:

In the event that TRM fails to achieve any of the following milestones within the prescribed timeframe, their weight will be reduced by the indicated amount:

1. CC integrated with their on-chain AML product within 6 months. If they fail to do so, their SV weight will be reduced by 1.0.
2. USDC integrated with their on-chain AML product within 6 months. If they fail to do so, their SV weight will be reduced by 1.0.
3. Active regulatory and educational engagement within 60 days.  If they fail to do so, their SV weight will be reduced by 0.25.
4. Join as a general member of the GSF within 60 days. If they fail to do so, their SV weight will be reduced by 0.25.

I’m open to removing (3) given the difficultly in measuring it if that is the direction the group wants to go.  In that case, I would move the weight reduction to (4) for a total of 0.5 potential reduction.

I think that we should vote on that. Who is the person responsible for advancing it?

Apologies – to clarify I also agree with removing 3 and adding 0.5 weight to 4 restated as below.
