But with a few comments:

1. We think its important to continue the general direction of travel of requiring a materiality threshold for “delivery” type milestones as is the first milestone in this CIP.  Our view for this CIP is that given the nature of FT’s business and the specific use case we consider this to be a material delivery to complete the initial milestone. 
2. In the first milestone, the 2 week timeframe is a bit ambiguous.  We think this is important to make very precise so there is no debate over when the two week window starts.  Further, we don’t think SV milestones should generally include deliveries completed prior to a SV CIP.  We’re supportive of a small window prior to SV approval in the event the party wants to begin the work while the CIP is being drafted/voted on (as seems to be the case here), but we are not support of a large look back window for SV milestones to capture deliveries previously completed.  This could create a slippery slope.
